Returns

I hope that you will love using any products that you purchase from me.

However for any reason you change your mind, orders may be cancelled and refunded in full at any point up until the goods have been dispatched.

If you change your mind about a purchase after dispatch and wish to return it unopened and unused, you may do so within 14 days of ordering at your own expense. I will refund the full cost of the product, excluding the postage, or you can exchange the product for something else. Refund payments will be made as soon as the goods are received back.

If a product that I sell you, or the product’s container is faulty, I will also refund the full cost of the product plus the cost of the original delivery. I will also refund the postage costs you have incurred to send back the item.

Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely and include your name, address and reason for the return.

For your own peace of mind, I recommend you send returned items by recorded delivery to avoid them getting lost in the post. Pure Face Works cannot offer refunds for returned goods that are lost in transit. Goods remain your responsibility until we receive them. Goods returned to me as undeliverable or not collected from post office depot will be refunded, although not inclusive of original postage costs.

For health and safety reasons I cannot refund products which have been opened.
